Join Chef Jim for this fun, interactive hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to prepare both savory and sweet fondue completely from scratch, along with smart cooking tips and tricks. What we know so far...there will be 3 fondues:
A Beer Cheese in a bread bowl with torn bread.
Beef & New Potato Fondue, Boiled New Potatoes, with Dipping Sauces; Bearnaise, Horse radish cream & Garlic Butter
Chocolate Fondue with fruit and dessert options for dipping.
You will also receive a recipe book with the recipes used for this evening. We will also have glasses of wine and beer available for purchase.
Cost of Event: $70/person + tax + tip
Our Airbnb, where the cooking class will be located, is connected to our main event center, the west side. We will have special signage leading you in. Our farm retail will also be open before ahead of time if you would like to come a little early. The shop will be open from 6-6:30pm. Our farm shop will be located in the red front building, right next to our courtyard. Doors for the class will open at 6:15pm. Class will start at 6:30pm.
Reservations preferred by Monday, March 25th... if tickets still show available online, then tickets are still available.
